Cancellation policy

One-to-one sessions

You may cancel or reschedule a one-to-one appointment up to a minimum of 24 hours before your class start time free of charge. A 50% charge of the full cost of the session will incur if you cancel within 24 hours. If you do not cancel or reschedule, you will be charged the full amount for the class and will not be eligible for a refund.

Courses and Zoom classes

Please note that once a course or class has been booked it is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Juliet

I may on occasion have to amend, change or cancel your session due to sickness. You will not be charged for your session, The cost of the class will either be returned to your account or an alternative slot may be offered where possible.
